Base Rates
Instrument Combinations: Violin, Viola, Cello, Guitar (Other instruments available)
Solo: 1 performer, Duo: 2 performers, Trio: 3 Performers, Quartet: 4 Performers
Larger groups and ensembles are also available.
Wedding Ceremony: $400 x number of performers
Maximum Musician Onsite Time: 2 Hours
Wedding Ceremony + Cocktail Hour: $600 x number of performers
Maximum Musician Onsite Time: 4 Hours
Special Event Performances: $500 x number of performers
Maximum Musician Onsite Time: 3 Hours
2 x 45 Minute sets
$100 / additional set, per player
Travel Fees
NYC and Accessible via NYC Subway: $0.00
Up to 100 miles drive radius around NYC: add $200 per performer
Up to 200 miles drive radius around NYC: add $300 per performer
200-250 miles drive, requires musician to stay overnight: add $600 per performer. (Includes accommodations + per diem.)
Over 250 mile drive, requires musician to stay two nights: add $1000 + flights per performer. (Includes accommodations + per diem) If booking a cellist, this requires a seat purchased for the cello.
Additional Fees
Onsite overtime per hour: $100 per musician
Sound Setup: $250 for Solo or Duo, $500 for Trio or Quartet
Custom arrangement per song not in standard repertoire: $100
Booking & Payment
Full base rate payment is required to secure the performance date.
Dates are not held until base rate payment is received.
Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
Any additional services or fees, including but not limited to overtime, travel overages, sound equipment, additional sets, or custom arrangements, will be invoiced separately and are due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Any additional fees incurred on the event day that were not previously contracted will be billed after the event.
Cancellation Policy
If Client cancels:
Payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 14 days of the event requires full payment.
If Musicians cancel due to emergency or illness, all payments will be refunded in full or a suitable replacement ensemble will be provided with Client approval.
Performance Conditions
Client agrees to provide:
Safe and appropriate performance space
Protection from weather for outdoor events
Adequate lighting if required
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
